Sandra worked above & beyond!

Sandra definitely worked above & beyond what was necessary! We sold our rental house & at the last minute (day of closing) our tenants did not get everything out of the house. She dropped what she was doing & grabbed some cleaning clothes & got to the house before we did & helped us clean it up. She scrubbed the toilets, swept the floors & made sure it was ready so the new owners would be happy! Then we discovered the deal included a washer & dryer, she traveled to Jeff City to buy a set & went to the house & installed it! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! She was always there to answer my questions & did plenty of research to help me out with my tenant situation. Thank you so much Sandra!! We will be referring you to our friends!
